Part time freelance - Copy and Instruction Manuals Coordinator

Groupe SEB Nordic acquired OBH Nordica in 2015 and we now develop, distribute, and sell innovative consumer products under the brand names OBH Nordica, Tefal, Emsa, WMF, Krups, and Lagostina. The Nordic turnover is approximately 79 million EUR and we are about 150 employees in Nordic, of which 70 work at the headquarters in Sundbyberg outside Stockholm.

About the role
The Copy and Instruction Manuals Coordinator will be responsible for the creation of instruction manuals and work close with in-house graphic team, engineer, and product managers. This is a long term engagement with opportunity to work remotely.

Main responsibilities listed below:
• Responsible for development of instruction manuals for products under OBH Nordica brand, sourced and SEB developed models transferred to OBH Nordica brand.
• Test the products together with the engineers.
• Create giftbox text
• Co-ordination of external translation into Danish, Finnish, Norwegian and English.
• Set texts in InDesign and complete artwork for print in time for deadline.

Profile/Experience
We are looking for candidates with great copy skills and experience in InDesign. The company has an “entrepreneurial” approach to work so it’s very important that you are a doer, can take own initiatives and aim to have fun at work together with your co-workers and build relationships.
In addition, we see that you have the following background:

MAIN SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Strong copy writing skills
• Fluent in Swedish
• Excellent InDesign skills
• Post-secondary education in graphic field
• 3-5 years of experience from an operating company where you worked widely within marketing preferably with production and for consumer products
• Co-operative and collaborate in team spirit – act without personal prestige
• Ability to prioritize and work structured, targeted and focused
